1. A printed circuit board, comprising a blank area and an encapsulation area, and the printed circuit board comprises:
a first metal layer, wherein the first metal layer comprises: a first metal pattern and a second metal pattern separated from each other; a first pad connected to the first metal pattern; and a second pad connected to the second metal pattern;
wherein the first metal pattern is located in the blank area, and the second metal pattern is located in the encapsulation area; the first pad and the second pad are configured to be connected to an electrostatic isolation device, and the second metal pattern is configured to be connected to a functional electronic device.
 
14. A display module, comprising a display panel and a printed circuit board, wherein the printed circuit board comprises a blank area and an encapsulation area, and comprises a first metal layer, wherein the first metal layer comprises: a first metal pattern and a second metal pattern separated from each other; a first pad connected to the first metal pattern; and a second pad connected to the second metal pattern; wherein the first metal pattern is located in the blank area, and the second metal pattern is located in the encapsulation area; the first pad and the second pad are configured to be connected to an electrostatic isolation device, and the second metal pattern is configured to be connected to a functional electronic device;
wherein the printed circuit board is connected to the display panel, and is configured to provide a driving signal to the display panel, the driving signal being used for driving the display panel to display a picture.
