1. A data transmission method, applicable to a terminal device, comprising:
receiving, by the terminal device, indication information sent by a network device, wherein the indication information comprises data transmission configuration information and validity period information; and
performing, by the terminal device, data transmission within a validity period according to the data transmission configuration information;
wherein the data transmission configuration information comprises at least one of: logical channel configuration change information; and the method further comprises
changing, by the terminal device according to the logical channel configuration change information, a logical channel configuration corresponding to an uplink data transmission of the terminal device;
wherein the validity period information comprises a condition for enabling or activating the data transmission according to the data transmission configuration information, and/or a condition for disabling or deactivating the data transmission according to the data transmission configuration information;
the condition for enabling or activating the data transmission according to the data transmission configuration information comprises at least one of:
a process number of Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) corresponding to a next data transmission performed according to the data transmission configuration information; or
a difference between the process number of the HARQ corresponding to the next data transmission performed according to the data transmission configuration information and a process number of HARQ corresponding a previous data transmission in which the packet was not successfully received;
the condition for disabling or deactivating the data transmission according to the data transmission configuration information comprises at least one of:
a number of times of the data transmission according to the data transmission configuration information being greater than or equal to a first threshold before an acknowledgement (ACK) message is received; or
a number of received ACK messages being greater than or equal to a second threshold.
