1. A resource determination method, comprising:
determining, by a terminal device, a time interval between a time domain resource of a power saving signal and a paging resource, wherein the paging resource comprises a Paging Frame (PF); and
determining, by the terminal device, a time domain resource for detecting the power saving signal based on the time interval;
wherein the resource determination method further comprises:
determining, by the terminal device, a start point of a time interval where the time domain resource for detecting the power saving signal is located based on an offset.
