1. A system for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
at least one monitoring sensor configured to measure at least one signal from the electromagnetic environment to create measured data;
wherein the measured data is represented in a vector ensemble class for each signal in the electromagnetic environment;
wherein the vector ensemble class includes at least one signal center frequency, bandwidth, signal-to-noise ratio, and/or time duration;
a data analysis engine configured to obtain statistical information and/or analyze possible interactions based on the center frequency and the bandwidth of the at least one signal to create analyzed data;
a Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) layer in a network slice or subnetwork, wherein the MEC layer is in communication with a radio access network (RAN); and
an artificial intelligence (AI) agent in the MEC layer in communication with the at least one data analysis engine; wherein the AI agent is included in a RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC); and
wherein the AI agent is configured to make predictions about the electromagnetic environment based on the analyzed data and/or a previously analyzed dataset;
wherein the AI agent includes a training model for automatic pattern recognition and/or pattern analysis; and
wherein the AI agent is configured to dynamically optimize network resources and/or network parameters based on demand and/or quality of service (QOS) requirements using the analyzed data, the predictions about the electromagnetic environment, and the training model.
