1. An image decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus, the method comprising:
obtaining image information; and
generating a reconstructed picture based on the image information, wherein the obtaining the image information comprises:
obtaining a sign data hiding enabled flag for whether sign data hiding is enabled for a current slice;
obtaining a Transform Skip Residual Coding (TSRC) disabled flag for whether TSRC is enabled for a transform skip block in the current slice,
wherein the TSRC disabled flag is obtained based on the sign data hiding enabled flag.
