1. An electronic device, comprising:
a first set of antennas;
a second set of antennas, where a given first antenna in the first set of antennas has a first predefined polarization and a given second antenna in the second set of antennas has a second predefined polarization, and the second predefined polarization is different from the first predefined polarization; and
an interface circuit communicatively coupled to the first set of antennas and the second set of antennas, wherein the electronic device is configured to:
dynamically adjust, based at least in part on a transmit power and a regulatory constraint: a number of antennas in the first set of antennas and the second set of antennas used during transmitting; a transmit polarization state by selecting antennas in the first set of antennas and the second set of antennas; or both, wherein the dynamically adjusted transmit polarization state is based at least in part on a modulation and coding scheme.
