1. A terminal comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive first information transmitted via a plurality of first beams; and
a transmitting unit configured to transmit measurement results of the first information transmitted via at least a part of the first beams,
the receiving unit being further configured to receive second information transmitted via a preferred beam of a plurality of second beams,
the preferred beam being determined by a base station from the plurality of second beams according to measurement results of the first information transmitted via more than two first beams.
