1. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
receiving a channel state information (CSI) report configuration that includes configuration information associated with multiple CSI reports, the multiple CSI reports comprising a non-coherent joint transmission (NCJT) CSI report and a single-transmit receive point (TRP) CSI report; and
generating a CSI report message in which the multiple CSI reports are separately encoded and ordered based at least in part on one or more rules, wherein the CSI report message is generated for transmission on one or more of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), wherein the one or more rules indicate that the NCJT CSI report is to be ordered before the single-TRP CSI report.
