1. A reflector assembly for a base station antenna, comprising:
a reflector body;
at least one heat dissipation member coupled to and residing forward of the reflector body, wherein the at least one heat dissipation member comprises a frequency selective surface; and
a radome residing in front of the reflector body, wherein the at least one heat dissipation member is thermally coupled to the reflector body and has a portion that is external to and resides in front of the radome.
