1. A display panel, comprising:
a plurality of driving circuits, each of the plurality of driving circuits being configured for outputting a scanning signal and a data signal;
a plurality of switching circuits, each of the plurality of switching circuits being connected to one of the plurality of driving circuits, and configured for inputting and storing the scanning signal and the data signal, and for reading and outputting a stored scanning signal and a stored data signal; and
a plurality of pixel circuits arranged in rows or in columns, each of the plurality of pixel circuits arranged in rows or in columns being connected to one of the plurality of switching circuits, and configured for inputting the stored scanning signal and the stored data signal.
