1. An image processing apparatus system which inspects whether a number and orientations of a plurality of integrated circuit (IC) chips packed in an IC chip tray are correct by using a plurality of matching models, the image processing system comprising:
at least one memory; and
at least one processor configured to perform operations comprising:
acquiring a captured image;
setting a plurality of parameters for generating the plurality of matching models;
generating the plurality of matching models for detecting the plurality of IC chips based on the acquired captured image and the set plurality of parameters; and
identifying an item of a contrast for common use by the plurality of IC chips and an item of an area to be determined for each of the plurality of IC chips from the plurality of parameters in a case where the plurality of parameters is set and the plurality of matching models is generated for each of the plurality of IC chips,
wherein the item of the area is set in generating the plurality of matching models, and
wherein the plurality of matching models are generated based on the item of the contrast stored in advance and the item of the area set.
