A fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) nanoprobe, comprising a loading component and an encapsulating component that encapsulates the loading component, wherein the loading component comprises a carrier and DOX coated in the carrier, and the carrier is a carboxyl-modified hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticle (HMSN); and the encapsulating component comprises an RVRR peptide and PAMAM/TPE.
