1. An electrophoresis device configured to separate a biological substance with a separation medium, the electrophoresis device comprising:
a recovery hole configured to recover a separated target biological substance, the recovery hole being configured to be capable of accommodating a solvent capable of suspending the target biological substance;
a buffer tank configured to accommodate a buffer solution and provided below the recovery hole; and
a membrane disposed between the recovery hole and the buffer tank,
wherein the target biological substance is one type of ion.
