1. A method for processing a wet slurry, the method comprising:
heating the wet slurry to produce a heated slurry;
degassing the heated slurry to produce a degassed slurry;
drying the degassed slurry via a dryer to produce a slurry vapor and dried solids, wherein
the dried solids are output at a cold side of the dryer;
compressing the slurry vapor to produce a pressurized slurry vapor;
condensing the pressurized slurry vapor to produce a concentrated slurry vapor; and
directing the concentrated slurry vapor away from the dryer.
