1. An enamel steel sheet, comprising:
by wt %, 0.01 to 0.05% of C, 0.46 to 0.80% of Mn, 0.001 to 0.03% of Si, 0.01 to 0.08% of Al, 0.001 to 0.02% of P, 0.001 to 0.02% of S, 0.004% or less (excluding 0%) of N, 0.003% or less (excluding 0%) of O, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, and
an oxide layer on a surface of the steel sheet, the oxide layer having a thickness of 0.006 to 0.030 μm.
