1. A single recombinant vector, a set of two recombinant vectors or a set of three recombinant vectors, wherein the single recombinant vector, set of two recombinant vectors or set of three recombinant vectors collectively comprise the following three genes:
an Oct family gene,
a Klf family gene, and
a Myc family gene,
wherein the single recombinant vector comprises all of the three genes inserted in the single recombinant vector,
wherein one of the three genes is inserted in a first recombinant vector of the set of two recombinant vectors and the other two of the three genes are inserted in a second recombinant vector of the set of two recombinant vectors, or
wherein a first of the three genes is inserted in a first recombinant vector of the set of three recombinant vectors, a second of the three genes is inserted in a second recombinant vector of the set of three recombinant vectors and a third of the three genes is inserted in a third recombinant vector of the set of three recombinant vectors.
