1. A telescopic device, comprising:
a loading base plate;
telescopic arm assemblies, wherein there are at least two telescopic arm assemblies which are provided opposite to each other in a width direction of the loading base plate, each of the telescopic arm assemblies comprises a fixed arm and a first sliding arm, the fixed arm is installed on the loading base plate, and the first sliding arm is slidably provided at an inner side of the fixed arm; and
a driving mechanism configured for driving the first sliding arm to slide relative to the fixed arm along a length direction of the loading base plate, so that the first sliding arm extends from any side of the loading base plate;
a mounting base plate, wherein the mounting base plate is arranged below the loading base plate; and
a rotating device, wherein the rotating device is arranged between the mounting base plate and the loading base plate, and is configured for driving the loading base plate to rotate relative to the mounting base plate;
wherein the driving mechanism comprises two belt-wheel assemblies corresponding to two telescopic arm assemblies of the at least two telescopic arm assemblies, wherein each of the belt-wheel assemblies comprises a wheel assembly and a synchronous belt, the synchronous belt is sleeved on the wheel assembly, and the wheel assembly drives the synchronous belt to operate in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction; and
wherein a lower surface of the first sliding arm is provided with a rack, and an outer surface of the synchronous belt is drivingly connected to the rack, to drive the rack to slide relative to the fixed arm along the length direction of the loading base plate from any side of the loading base plate.
