1. A linear boat anchor that is used to anchor a boat to a rocky seabed, the linear boat anchor comprises:
a linear bar that has a front side and a rear side, the linear bar defines a first receiver on the front side and a second receiver on the rear side, the linear bar defines at least four y-wings that run laterally along a length of the linear bar;
a first shackle is attached to the first receiver;
a second shackle is attached to the second receiver;
a first chain is attached to the first shackle, the first chain is also attached to an anchor ring; and
a second chain is attached the second shackle, the second chain is also attached to the anchor ring, the first chain and the second chain have a same length, the anchor ring is configured to receive an anchor chain that is secured to a boat.
