1. An information processing device comprising:
a processor, wherein the processor is configured to:
acquire a satellite image captured by an artificial satellite;
acquire weather information for a region corresponding to the satellite image;
output information relating to a road surface condition for the region, which is estimated based on the satellite image and the weather information;
output information including a location of a road that is covered with fallen leaves, as the information relating to the road surface condition; and
estimate a degree of risk of slipping by a vehicle due to fallen leaves based on at least one of types of trees or humidity.
