1. A camera array stabilizer system for a plurality of cameras comprising a mounting plate, stabilizer units, and at least two vehicular attachment parts:
a. with the mounting plate being configured for mounting the plurality of cameras to a vehicle;
i. with the mounting plates having perimeter channels;
ii. with the perimeter channels being holes disposed on approximate perimeters of the mounting plates;
b. with each stabilizer unit configured to attach to the mounting plate at a given perimeter channel;
c. with each stabilizer unit comprising an upper stabilizer, a lower stabilizer, a bolt, and a rod;
i. with each upper stabilizer having an upper top, an upper intermediary, and an upper bottom;
ii. with each lower stabilizer having a lower top, a lower intermediary, and a lower bottom;
iii. with the upper and lower tops, the upper and lower intermediaries, and the upper and lower bottoms each having a central inner channel;
iv. with the bolt and rod having a threaded engagement;
v. with the bolt passing through, in order, central inner channels of the upper top, the upper intermediary, the upper bottom, a given perimeter channel of the mounting plates, and the central inner channels of the lower top, the lower intermediary, and the lower bottom;
vi. with the bolt applying a compression force upon the upper stabilizer, the mounting plate, and the lower stabilizer against the rod;
vii. with the compression force adjusted by threadably rotating the bolt vis-à-vis the rod;
viii. with the intermediaries being at least one of: tension springs, viscoelastic material, fluid-filled pouches, discs, pads, rings, washers, or flanges;
d. with each stabilizer unit attached to a given vehicular attachment part via the rod;
e. with the at least two vehicular attachment parts being attachable to the vehicle;
f. with the at least two vehicular attachment parts being suction cups or gyro-stabilized systems;
i. with the gyro-stabilized systems each comprising one or more overslung gyro stabilized heads.
