1. An injection device for simultaneously forming and filling a container by injecting a pressurized liquid in a preform, the device comprising:
a molding cavity,
a pressurized liquid source and
an injection nozzle in fluidic communication with the pressurized liquid source, the injection nozzle being arranged to be placed in fluidic communication with a preform in the molding cavity, the injection nozzle defining with the pressurized liquid source and the preform a liquid injection circuit,
the injection device further comprising
a position sensor configured to sense a position of a piston correlating to a volume of liquid injected into the preform from the pressurized liquid source,
a pressure sensor placed in the liquid injection circuit and configured to measure the pressure in the liquid injection circuit,
a driving means comprising a control unit connected to the piston and a servo motor connected to the pressure sensor and connected to a software memory, the software memory including a main curve of injection speed over time and a final curve of injection speed over time, the driving means defining a closed loop control configured to utilize a return signal of a correlated injected volume and/or of a correlated injection speed for driving of the pressurized liquid source first according to the main curve of injection speed over time and thereafter, to fully form and fill the container, according to the final curve of injection speed over time, the final curve of injection speed over time being different than the main curve of injection speed over time, wherein the main curve of injection speed over time includes a first portion having a first constant injection speed and a second portion having a second constant injection speed, and wherein the final curve of injection speed over time includes a third portion having a third constant injection speed.
