1. An adjustable dumbbell comprising:
a handle assembly comprising a first end, an opposing second end, and a shaft;
a first selector mechanism at the first end and configured to at least partially rotate with rotation of the shaft to selectively couple a first weight to the first end; and
a second selector mechanism at the first end and configured to at least partially rotate with rotation of the shaft to selectively couple a second weight to the first end.
