1. A method for managing a pacing therapy using an implantable medical device (IMD), the method comprising:
sensing cardiac activity (CA) signals from a first sensing vector and a second sensing vector, the second sensing vector having at least one different sensing electrode;
measuring corresponding activation times of cardiac signals between the first and second sensing vectors;
calculating a septum to RV activation time (SRAT) based on the activation times; and
utilizing one or more processors of the IMD to adjust an AVSRAT delay, stored in memory of the IMD, based on the SRAT and to manage the pacing therapy delivered by the IMD based in part on the AVSRAT delay, the AVSRAT delay adjusted to improve cardiac performance.
