1. A method for treating pain in a patient, comprising:
programming a signal generator to deliver an electrical signal having a pulse width in a pulse width range of from about 600 milliseconds to about 2 seconds to a target neural population in the patient's spinal cord region via at least one implanted signal delivery element, wherein the electrical signal at least partially alleviates the patient's pain.
