1. A system for providing sleep therapy, comprising:
an acoustic resonance actuator in a band adapted to be worn on a wearer's forehead; and
a processor configured to generate resonance data, the resonance data being received by the acoustic resonance actuator, the processor being configured to generate the resonance data representing a resonant frequency calculated by a relationship using a numerical value of a volume of the wearer of the acoustic resonance actuator's skull,
wherein the vibro acoustic resonance actuator is configured to deliver the resonance data to the wearer of the acoustic resonance actuator, the acoustic resonance actuator being configured to apply vibro acoustic sound corresponding to the resonant frequency.
