1. A blood vessel visualization member for visualizing a blood vessel of a living body, the blood vessel visualization member comprising:
a sheet body that is affixable to a surface of a site to be visualized, the sheet body comprising:
a wavelength converter including a wavelength conversion material that converts near-infrared light into visible light, and
an adhesive portion provided on the wavelength converter.
