1. An injection device comprising:
a main housing configured to be coupled to a cartridge holder, wherein the main housing comprises an aperture;
a piston rod located within the main housing and defining a first longitudinal axis;
a tubular driver coupled to the piston rod by a threaded interface, wherein the tubular driver is rotatable about the first longitudinal axis;
a dose setting means rotatable about a second longitudinal axis at least during dose setting, wherein the first longitudinal axis is parallel to and spaced from the second longitudinal axis;
a power reservoir provided for driving the tubular driver during a dose dispensing, wherein the power reservoir is a torsion spring configured to be loaded by a user during the dose setting; and
a clicker adapted for producing an audible and/or tactile feedback during the dose dispensing, wherein the clicker is provided between the tubular driver and the main housing near a proximal end of the main housing, and wherein the clicker comprises a first clicker component which is part of the main housing and a second clicker component which is part of the tubular driver.
