1. A bolus delivery device, comprising:
a housing defining ribs along an internal surface of the housing;
a reservoir disposed within the housing for receipt of a volume of a fluid, the reservoir defined by an activation dome and a reservoir seat;
a bladder disposed in the housing, the bladder in fluid communication with the reservoir for receipt of the fluid from the reservoir;
an actuator in operative communication with the reservoir for initiating a flow of the fluid from the reservoir to the bladder;
an inlet conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir for providing the fluid to the reservoir; and
an outlet conduit in fluid communication with the bladder for providing the fluid to a patient,
wherein the bladder expands as the bladder receives the fluid and contracts as the bladder dispenses the fluid, and
wherein the ribs of the housing constrain expansion of the bladder to a pre-determined volume.
