1. A method of preparing encapsulated resveratrol (RSV) nanoparticles, the method consisting of:
spraying a resveratrol extract into boiling water to produce a first mixture;
combining gum arabic with the first mixture to provide a second mixture;
dissolving the second mixture in an alcohol to provide a third mixture;
injecting the third mixture into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to provide a final solution; and
homogenizing the final solution to provide the encapsulated resveratrol (RSV) nanoparticles.
