1. A fluid collection device, comprising:
a fluid impermeable barrier at least partially defining a chamber and an opening, the fluid impermeable barrier including a first end region and a second end region;
a fluid permeable body positioned at least partially within the chamber to extend across at least a portion of the opening and configured to allow fluid to move away from the opening, the fluid permeable body including a protruding portion protruding out of the opening and that is sized and shaped to fit between labia of a wearer; and
a conduit disposed within the chamber for removing fluids therefrom.
