1. An orthopedic brace comprising:
one or more pad plates comprising a mold formed from a flexible material, wherein the mold comprises one or more hollow, tubular cavities, wherein the one or more tubular cavities are configured to contain a light-curable fluid, and the flexible material is configured to allow passage of light into the one or more tubular cavities to cure the light-curable fluid; and
a hinge comprising one or more hinge framework elements connected to the one or more pad plates.
