1. A medical device, comprising:
a first elongate member having a distal portion configured to be advanced into a first body lumen; and
a magnetic field sensor disposed on the distal portion of the first elongate member, wherein the magnetic field sensor is configured to measure a magnetic field emitted by a magnetic device disposed on a second elongate member disposed in a second body lumen, and to transmit a signal corresponding to a position of the magnetic device relative to the magnetic field sensor.
