1. An implant removal tool comprising:
a substantially U-shaped body having curved inner surface, curved outer surface, front edge, right side edge, left side edge and rear surface;
a substantially rectangular-shaped opening located in a curved portion of the substantially U-shaped body between the right side edge and left side edge, wherein the substantially rectangular-shaped opening forms a through-hole to accommodate at least a portion of an implant to pass therethrough; and
said substantially rectangular-shaped opening having a front edge, rear edge, right side edge and left side edge.
