1. A medical device for cutting an object in a body lumen, comprising:
a rotatable drive shaft;
a tubular outer sheath configured to accommodate the drive shaft in a rotatable manner; and
a rotation structure located on a distal side of the drive shaft, the rotation structure comprising:
one or more rings;
a cylindrical portion configured to be rotated by the drive shaft, the cylindrical portion having a side surface with a first groove portion;
a cutting portion located on a distal side of the cylindrical portion;
the first groove portion is configured to pass through an inside of the one or more rings; and
wherein the one or more rings is configured to rotate relative to the cylindrical portion of the rotation structure.
