1. A method of determining sleep quality of a user of a display assistant device, comprising:
during a sleep session of the user:
recording sound in proximity to the display assistant device;
recording movement in proximity to the display assistant device;
recording ambient conditions in proximity to the display assistant device, wherein the ambient conditions include a light level;
analyzing the recorded sound and the recorded movement to identify throughout the sleep session of the user a sleep state of the user, wherein the sleep state is characterized by a sleep quality and a sleep phase; and
analyzing the recorded ambient conditions and the recorded sound throughout the sleep session to identify a plurality of sleep disturbances occurring during the sleep session of the user; and
after the sleep session of the user has concluded, presenting on a screen of the display assistant device a sleep summary of the sleep session, wherein:
the sleep summary includes a plurality of data bars, wherein each data bar of the plurality of data bars is indicative of a different type of sleep disturbance of the plurality of sleep disturbances as a function of time throughout the sleep session; and
the sleep summary includes a sleep data bar indicative of a depiction of sleep quality as a function of time throughout the sleep session.
