1. A dog paw washing and rinsing device, the device comprising:
a first chamber secured to an adjacent second chamber by a connection unit that connects a top edge of the first chamber to a top edge of the second chamber;
wherein;
the first chamber is configured to receive a dog paw therein;
a back side of the first chamber is a flat surface that angles away from the front of the chamber from bottom of the chamber to the top of the chamber;
a back side of the second chamber is a flat surface that angles away from the front of the chamber from bottom of the chamber to the top of the chamber; and
the second chamber is configured to receive a dog paw therein;
a handle attached to each the first chamber and the second chamber that extends away from the first chamber and the second chamber; and
a cleaning pad secured on the angled flat surface of the first chamber.
