1. An organic electroluminescent compound represented by Formula A:

wherein X is selected from B, N, CR8, SiR9, P, P═O, and P═S, Y is a single bond or a divalent group selected from the following structures Y-1 to Y-11:

Q1 is a 3-to 8-membered monocyclic or polycyclic aliphatic, aromatic or non-aromatic ring optionally containing at least one hydrocarbon or heteroatom,
C1, C2, C5, and C6 are carbon atoms (C),
N1 is a nitrogen atom (N),
L1, L2, and L5 are identical to or different from each other and are single bonds or substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic linkers connecting C1 to N-R7, N1 to N-R7 and N-R7′, and C6 to N-R7′, respectively, that optionally contain at least one hydrocarbon or heteroatom,
each of k and I is an integer of 0 or 1, with the proviso that k and I are not simultaneously zero, and
R1 to R18 and R7′ are identical to or different from each other and are each independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, C2-C24 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C50 heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryloxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkylthioxy, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylthioxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkylamine, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylamine, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkylsilyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylsilyl, nitro, cyano, halogen, and substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 non-aromatic rings, with the proviso that each of R1 to R18, R7′, L1, L2, L5, Q1, and their substituents optionally forms a substituted or unsubstituted ring with an adjacent substituent.
