7. A user equipment (UE), comprising:
a memory storing instructions; and
one or more processors communicatively coupled with the memory and configured to:
receive, from a base station, a configured grant configuration for a carrier aggregation mode, the configuration grant configuration configuring the UE for autonomous UL data transmissions over multiple carriers, without an explicit UL grant;
transmit uplink (UL) data over resources associated with the multiple carriers according to the configured grant configuration; and
receive downlink (DL) control information (DCI) on resources associated with a carrier of the multiple carriers, the DCI comprising feedback for the UL data, via a first option where the feedback is for the carrier or via a second option where the feedback is for a second carrier of the multiple carriers,
via the first option or via the second option being based on a field in the DCI.

13. A base station, comprising:
a memory storing instructions; and
one or more processors communicatively coupled with the memory and configured to:
transmit, to a user equipment (UE), a configured grant configuration for a carrier aggregation mode, the configured grant configuration configuring the UE for autonomous UL data transmissions over multiple carriers, without an explicit UL grant;
receive uplink (UL) data from the UE over resources associated with the multiple carriers according to the configuration grant configuration; and
transmit downlink (DL) control information (DCI) to the UE on resources associated with a carrier of the multiple carriers, the DCI comprising feedback for the UL data, via a first option where the feedback is for the carrier or via a second option where the feedback is for a second carrier of the multiple carriers,
via the first option or via the second option being indicated by a field of the DCI.
