1. A method comprising:
transmitting a message intended for a first terminal, called a recipient terminal, from a second terminal, called a source terminal, to at least one third terminal, called an associated terminal, sharing a same identifier with the recipient terminal, the transmitting comprising, following reception of the message by a routing gateway:
transmitting, from the routing gateway to a synchronization server, the message by using a first signaling protocol;
retrieving, by said at least one associated terminal, the message intended for the recipient terminal from the synchronization server by using a first synchronization message; and
retrieving, by said recipient terminal, the message intended for the recipient terminal from the synchronization server by using a second synchronization message.
