1. A method for building a physical-layer header adapted for transmitting a frame comprising data addressed to a wireless terminal, the method being performed by an access point of a wireless local area network through which the frame is intended to be transmitted by the access point, the method comprising:
including, in a common signaling field, an identification of at least one channel resource intended to be used for transmitting the frame,
including, in a specific signaling field, information representing an association between an identifier of a channel resource, among the at least one channel resource intended to be used for transmitting the frame, and an identifier of the wireless terminal, so that the wireless terminal can determine the channel resource to listen to in order to receive said data addressed to said wireless terminal, and
further including, in the specific signaling field, an indication to whether or not it exists at least one other channel resource, among the at least one channel resource intended to be used for transmitting said frame, having an identifier also associated with the identifier of the wireless terminal for receiving said data comprised in said frame and addressed to said wireless terminal.
