1. A method comprising:
selecting, by a computing system and based on user viewing habit information, an advertisement for insertion into video content during a viewing occasion, wherein the user viewing habit information indicates:
viewing information for at least one part of a day associated with a first time period multiple before the viewing occasion; and
viewing information for at least one part of a day associated with a second time period multiple before the viewing occasion, wherein the second time period multiple is different than the first time period multiple;
causing insertion of the selected advertisement into the video content during the viewing occasion; and
causing output, to one or more user devices, of the video content and the selected advertisement.
