1. A fuel cell temperature management device comprising:
a temperature control valve to set a circulation path of a cooling water passing through a fuel cell stack to a heater and a solid hydrogen storage device configured to supply hydrogen to the fuel cell stack, wherein the heater and the fuel cell stack are arranged in parallel, the heater is disposed downstream of the solid hydrogen storage device; and
a controller configured to control the temperature control valve based on a temperature of the cooling water.
