1. A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, comprising:
a positive electrode plate having a positive electrode core body and a positive electrode active material layer formed on the positive electrode core body, the positive electrode active material layer including a positive electrode active material;
a negative electrode plate;
a flat wound electrode assembly obtained by winding the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate with a separator therebetween; and
a non-aqueous electrolyte including FSO3, wherein
the positive electrode active material is a lithium transition metal composite oxide including manganese,
a BET specific surface area of the positive electrode active material is 2.0 to 3.0 m2/g,
a total surface area of the positive electrode active material included in the positive electrode active material layer is 70 to 80 m2, and
when a total amount of FSO3 included in the non-aqueous electrolyte is denoted by A (μmol) and a total surface area of the positive electrode active material included in the positive electrode active material layer is denoted by B (m2),
a value of A/B is 0.05 to 0.07 (μmol/m2).
