collecting patient data from the patient from a patient device associated with the patient;
transmitting the patient data to a server from the patient device, wherein transmitting the patient data is based on a prompt displayed to the patient, wherein the prompt is drawn from a database of behavioral information from a plurality of users who participated in the behavioral-modification program;
updating a patient database with the patient data in a cloud server;
analyzing the patient data to determine an event associated with the behavior via a processor, wherein the processor determines the event by compiling parameters of the patient data before the event;
updating the patient database with the event determined by the processor;
preparing a reporting interface upon determination of an end of the evaluation period, wherein the reporting interface is based upon the patient data analyzed by the processor.
