1. A system comprising:
at least one memory comprising instructions; and
at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory, wherein the at least one processor is configured to execute the instructions and cause the at least one processor to:
process image sensor data to identify one or more images of road paint;
identify a geographic location that is associated with the one or more images of road paint;
determine, based on map data, a topography of the geographic location,
determine a shape of at least one road paint mesh object based on the topography of the geographic location from the map data, wherein determining the shape of the at least one road paint mesh object includes a height of the shape of the road paint mesh object that is used for simulating a road paint thickness;
generate, within a simulated environment corresponding to the geographic location, the at least one road paint mesh object that is based on the one or more images of road paint, the map data, and the geographic location; and
generate, within the simulated environment, synthetic sensor data corresponding to the at least one road paint mesh object.
