1. An application management method, comprising:
obtaining an unfreezing event, wherein the unfreezing event includes process information, and the unfreezing event is used to trigger an unfreezing operation to be performed on at least one process in a frozen application;
determining a target application based on a correspondence between an application and the process information, and performing an unfreezing operation on the at least one process while other processes in the target application remain frozen; and
obtaining, based on a prestored correspondence between a process and a resource and the process information of the at least one process, a resource corresponding to at least one of the at least one process, and allocating the resource to the at least one process.
