1. One or more tangible, non-transitory, computer readable media comprising instructions thereon that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
receive a first data input indicative of a first characteristic of a first autonomous vehicle control center;
receive a second data input indicative of a second characteristic of a second autonomous vehicle control center;
receive a third data input corresponding to an autonomous vehicle transport request or an autonomous vehicle storage request; and
instruct fulfillment of the autonomous vehicle transport request or the autonomous vehicle storage request based on the third data input and based on at least one of the first data input or the second data input.
