A method of treating a dust mite-related allergic reaction in a subject comprising delivering to said subject an IgG antibody or antibody fragment, wherein said antibody or antibody fragment comprises heavy chain CDR1 SEQ ID NO: 123, heavy chain CDR2 SEQ ID NO: 124, heavy chain CDR3 SEQ ID NO: 125, light chain CDR1 SEQ ID NO: 201, light chain CDR2 SEQ ID NO: 202, and light chain CDR3 SEQ ID NO: 203.
