1. An integrated heater device comprising:
at least one multiportion resistive element configured to measure one or more performance characteristics, the at least one multiportion resistive element having a first portion defined by a first conductive material and a second portion defined by a second conductive material having a lower temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) than that of the first conductive material, wherein the at least one multiportion resistive element is operable as a heater to generate heat and a sensor, the first portion of the at least one multiportion resistive element is configured to extend along a designated area to measure a first performance characteristic and the second portion is coupled to an end of the first portion to extend outside of the designated area.
