1. A glycosyltransferase BS-YjiC mutant, wherein the glycosyltransferase BS-YjiC mutant is a K125I/N178I mutant, the K125I/N178I mutant is a mutant where lysine at the 125th position of the glycosyltransferase BS-YjiC with the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 is mutated into isoleucine and asparagine at the 178th position of the glycosyltransferase BS-YjiC with the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 is mutated into the isoleucine; wherein the glycosyltransferase BS-YjiC mutant is at least 90% identical to the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and the nucleotide sequence encoding the glycosyltransferase BS-YjiC is shown in SEQ ID NO: 2.
